City Way is run under the inspirational leadership of its Managing Director, Mr Ahmed NTK, who have been the helm of its operations for more than 30 years. His acute business acumen and well-thought decisions helped the establishment to reach where it is now. What has to be noted here is his confidence and courage in his business and its supporting team, which lead him to open a new branch at IT Street at a time when a lot of investors were reluctant to pump in more money fearing the perceived recessionary trends in the global economy. Thus he and his team becomes an ode to the resilience of Dubai, where crises are seen as challenges. He also realized that proper accounting and inventory management systems have to be in place for efficient management of the establishment. Mr. Ahmed is supported by an array of support staff including accountants, procurement staff and sales personnel.
